Our mozzarella is soy-based, nut-free, made fresh in house, and – like everything else we sell – vegan. We even make the soymilk ourselves from locally sourced non-GMO beans! Made fresh in our Chicago kitchen and shipped to you anywhere in the US. Ready to pop into your home oven and enjoy!

Shipping Time: Frozen food orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure safe arrival. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following week. Occasionally, like in circumstances of extremely hot weather, we may delay shipments for quality assurance. Feel free to ask for a status update at orders@kitchen17.com if you are concerned about timing.
