Sizing Details:
A standard 1/2 pan is 10″x12.”
A standard full pan is 20″x12.”
These fit well with standard chafing stands.
Storage and Serving Details:
Popcorn tofu is best served hot!
Either plan to consume quickly after pickup, or keep refrigerated and cook at 350F uncovered for 15-18 minutes, tossing every 2-3 minutes to ensure even crisping. Give a couple additional minutes if not cooked thoroughly.
If left unfrozen, serve and/or consume within 4 days. It does freeze well, so in case of excess have no fear, but we still recommend that you enjoy them fresh.
