Shipping Time: Our pizzas and desserts are made from scratch, which takes 3 days. After that they enter the queue to be shipped. Frozen food orders are shipped every 2nd and 4th Tuesday/Wednesday. This does mean that your pizza could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Occasionally, in circumstances of extremely hot weather or other inclemency, we may delay shipments for quality assurance. Feel free to ask for a status update at orders@kitchen17.com if you are concerned about timing or have other questions regarding your order.
