Our Spaghetti Bolognese is our take on the classic Italian dish featuring spaghetti pasta coated in a rich and flavorful meat sauce.
The Bolognese sauce we make is slow cooked with our house-made, fresh vegan meats—our animal free variant of ground beef and “bacon” —onions, garlic, celery, tomato, soy-cream, thyme and oregano.
Our cooked spaghetti comes tossed with the Bolognese sauce, with an additional container of Bolognese Sauce to make sure your sauce needs are met!

Sizing Details:
A standard 1/2 pan is 10″ x 12” and comes with an additional 12 oz of sauce.
A standard full pan is 20″ x 12.” and comes with 2 x 12 oz containers of sauce.
These fit well with standard chafing stands.
Storage and Serving Details:
Either plan to consume quickly after pickup, or keep refrigerated and reheat at 350F uncovered for approximately 15 minutes, tossing every 2-3 minutes to ensure even heating. Give a couple additional minutes if not heated thoroughly.
Serve and/or consume within 4 days, please!
